Biography Darlene M. Juschka is an associate professor in Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of Regina. In her interdisciplinary work she brings together feminist theorizing, ritual and myth studies and the new phenomenology of religion. Among others, she has published Feminist and the Study of Religion: A Reader (ed.) 2000; “Spectacles of Gender: Enacting the Masculine in Ancient Rome and Modern Cinema.” 2005; “Gender” 2005; and “Cladistics, Morphologies, Taxonomies and the Comparative Study of Religion.” 2004.
