If you wish to submit a book for inclusion in a series, please refer to the series page and click on the name of the series editor for instructions. Rights and Permissions If you have a query regarding permissions, translation rights or general copyright matters for books or journals, please contact Val Hall: vhall@equinoxpub.com supplying full details. Please click here to see a list of all current North American co-publications and Foreign Rights sold. Inspection Copy Policy Textbooks and anthologies intended for classroom use are available as complimentary inspection copies at the publisher’s discretion. Where available, you will find a link on the book page leading to an order form. Submit your request to us by completing this form online. You may order up to three books per course. Where no inspection copy option is indicated, you may contact us to request one (paperback books only). Contact Val Hall at vhall@equinoxpub.com. Please note that in such cases, orders will be invoiced at list price. Your options are (a) return this within 60 days if you decide not to adopt the book (b) adopt the book for classroom use and we will cancel the invoice; in which case please let us know full details of the course (c) pay the invoice and retain the book for your own use. . |
