6. Description Abstract A chronological framework is outlined, in some detail, for the archaeological phases between ca. 1300-730 BC (between the Recent Bronze Age and the late Early Iron Age, in terms of Italian chronology). The proposed chronology, stemming out from an overall study on the late Nuragic sequence, is aimed at setting the subject of the book within defined time-framework. Particular attention is put in outlining a comparative chronology, both in relative and in absolute terms, with respect to other Mediterranean sequences.
