Chapter 17, by Harni Kartika Ningsih, describes a project to teach scientific literacy with Indonesian school students, in both Indonesian and English. While most of the R2L projects discussed in this volume are multilingual, Harni takes this a step further to describe the linguistic basis of bilingual R2L pedagogy. |
