Abstract |
The Syrian army shoots live bullets at anti-Bashar demonstrators throughout the country. In response, some members of the Syrian army declare their defection from service to Bashar. They announce the formation of the “Free Syrian Army” on July 29, 2011. This group represents resistance to the Syrian regime. Characters describe their feelings and offer their opinions of the escalation of conflict. |
