6. Description Abstract The Idle No More (IMN) movement began with a Tweet in late October 2012 as part of a teach-in by four women in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan against Bill C-45. This bill would have enabled the Canadian government to roll back treaty rights on First Nations reserves, among other proposed legislation.
