6. Description Abstract This chapter explores the difference between “magic” and “magick”. While the former has been defined differently across cultures and eras, “magick” was introduced by Aleister Crowley to emphasise aligning actions with one's True Will. Subsequent adaptions have modified this concept, and “magick” has become the predominant term in contemporary practitioner literature.
