1963 pt2: The R&B All Stars; Rod Stewart told BBC Radio in 2013, “…the blues scene in London in the early 1960s, I must pay homage to Cyril Davies, Chris Barber and Alexis Korner, because if it wasn’t for those guys we may never have discovered Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf and Jimmy Reed. It all started to feel like we were part of a British movement.”
