Caregivers experience a mixture of emotions during the Alzheimer’s journey. From guilt to resentment, to anger, worry defensiveness, or fear, these emotions can take a stronghold on caregivers and cause great undue stress. This chapter provides tips and strategies caregivers can use in overcoming these internal feelings to assure their overall health and well-being.
