Larry Rosenberg was Professor of Psychology at the University of Chicago and at Harvard Medical School. He is a senior teacher at the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts, and founder and resident teacher of the Cambridge Insight Meditation Centre in Cambridge, Massachusetts (USA). He is the author of Breath by Breath: The Liberating Practice of Insight Meditation (2004); Living In the Light of Death: On the Art of Being Truly Alive (2001, co-authored with D. Guy); and Three Steps to Awakening: A Practice for Bringing Mindfulness to Life (2013, co-authored with L. Zimmerman).
