Description

This piece presents a translation and a diagram from a Chinese Sufi metaphysical text by Liu Zhi, one of the main authors of the Han Kitab. The work in question is entitled Nature and Principle in Islam and was published in 1704 CE. In the diagram presented here, Liu Zhi outlines the origin of the manifestation of both the macrocosm and microcosm, as well as their return to it.
